OK, so in the interest of trying to be seasonal I could have picked a better opening line. The best way to get yourself a decent, quick quote is to speak to an online business insurance broker. Make sure that they are independent (check their website) and that they have the ability to do a “whole of market” search.

Most commercial and business insurance companies have standard packages for most types of business (pubs, hotels, shops, office’s etc). For this reason, they only need about 10 or 15 questions answered and this will give you the quote you need.
